The site is located at an intersection where Kyū-Hakusan Street, Keika Street, and Jōshinji-zaka meet. Given the visibility and urban scale required of a building at such a prominent corner, the massing is carefully composed to harmonize with the surrounding skyline. Continuous balconies are arranged along the perimeter to incrementally articulate and segment the building volume, creating a sense of unity with neighboring structures.

The lower floors accommodate clinic and retail functions, forming an urban plinth that mediates and connects the differing street scales of Kyū-Hakusan Street and Keika Street. By responding to both programmatic and spatial scales, the project establishes continuity in the streetscape around the intersection.

旧白山通り、京華通り、浄心寺坂が交差する交差点に面する敷地である。交差点に立地する建築としての視認性と都市的なスケールを踏まえ、周辺建物のスカイラインとの調和に配慮したボリューム構成とした。外周部にはバルコニーを連続的に配置し、建物ボリュームを段階的に分節することで、周辺建物との一体感を生み出す計画としている。

低層部にはクリニック等の店舗用途を配置し、旧白山通りと京華通りで異なる街路スケールを受け止め、つなぐ都市的な基壇として構成した。用途とスケールの両面から街路環境への応答を図ることで、交差点周辺におけるまちなみの連続性を形成している。
